A virtual assistant (VA) is a highly skilled, professional, independent contractor who provides administrative and creative services to businesses and individuals anywhere in the world on an as-needed basis, from an off-site location, using the high-technology tools of today. REGULAR ASSIGNMENTS

  • Pre-set/agreed upon # hours per week
  • Normally based on pre set/agreed upon hourly rate


RATES

Time on task is billed to the nearest 15 minute increment. 
(New client's may have to pay a low trust deposit depending on needs)

Hourly rates are invoiced on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. 
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. 
*Invoices must be paid in full in order for work to continue. 

Invoices will be sent via e-mail or fax at the client’s request.

Payments accepted: Credit cards, company checks, bank deposits,
money orders, and paypal only.

  • STANDARD HOURLY RATE = $25.00 US dollars


RETAINER PACKAGES (provides services at a discounted rate) 
The hours are non-refundable, and they can be used for up to 
6 months from the date of purchase.

  • Managerial Package! - 8 hours for $180 = 10% discount
  • VP Package! - 24 hours for $480 = 20% discount
  • Presidential Package! - 40 hours for $750 = 25% 
Qualified by:

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish

Advanced computer knowledge in PC & MAC 
(Microsoft Office Suites, Adobe Creative Suites, iMovie, Acct Systems) delivering exceptional & creative work; 

Transferable skill sets developed in highly professional environments, requiring exemplary communication, logistical, negotiation, marketing strategies and problem-solving abilities

Interest and aptitude in planning and organizing, whether practical (e.g., work-flow, office restructure), or creative (e.g., event planning, media campaigns, promotions, marketing, advertisement development)
